I am passionate about social justice and how we can all play an active role in shaping and contributing to the communities in which we live. I feel privileged to work the for-purpose sector contributing to improving the outcomes for people across our community every day. I currently work with a number of organisations across the sector including the Summer Foundation, inTouch Center Against Family Violence, Philanthropy Australia, Parkinson's Victoria and the St Vincent de Paul Society. I have previously worked with the Foundation for Young Australians, YWCA Australia, Girl Guides Victoria and Flying Fox. I am a qualified accountant and a Fellow of CPA Australia and serve on the CPA Australia Public Sector and NFP Committee. I have worked in various roles across the for-purpose, services and manufacturing sectors for organisations from small businesses to ASX listed.  I am currently working in a tech social enterprise in the disability sector."

Claudia Fatone is the Chief Executive Officer of the Fitzroy Legal Service. Prior to joining Fitzroy Legal Service, Claudia was the Sector Development Manager with the Federation of Community Legal Centres.  Claudia's work experience prior to the Federation of Community Legal Centres role included recruitment, HR and sports management. A Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Claudia is also a Board member of the Victoria Law Foundation, the Adult Community & Further Education Board and the Federation of Community Legal Centres.  She is also a former Director of Cricket Victoria, Melbourne Stars and Melbourne Renegades.

I am President of a Not for Profit organisation called the Australian Federation of Medical Women, and through this organisation I network internationally to promote women doctors in their professional lives, and to promote health in our communities, including violence against women.

Ingrid Svendsen

Ingrid is the co-owner and director, aged care and health at Grounded Communications. She is the co- founder and inaugural board chair of East Timor Hearts Fund, Australia's only medical NGO dedicated to heart health in Timor-Leste. Ingrid is a Walkley award-winning former journalist, who now specialises in crisis communications, issues management and media relations. Ingrid is a former president and life member of the Darebin Parklands Association, a United Nations Association of Australia award- winning environment organisation and a former elected branch councillor with the Media Entertainment and Arts Alliance.

Kate Badgery-Parker

After 20+ years in strategic marketing roles in blue chip consumer service organisations, including RACV and Wesfarmers Insurance, I now consult as a senior marketing manager, strategist and mentor. I help 'for-profits' and NFPs  to define their marketing strategies and improve marketing performance. I also work one-on-one coaching and mentoring marketers at all levels. I am a non-executive director of Onemda, a NFP disability services provider, and Vice Chair and Treasurer of Marketing Women Inc.  I have a Masters in Marketing and have formal training in coaching and group facilitation. My other interests include food and wine, reading fiction, social change and learning languages, currently Mandarin and French."

Leonie Morgan AM

My colleagues tell me that I am a master negotiator, this may be because I am a single mother to 5yo twin girls and generally get out the door fully clothed most days. I have a wildly curious nature and love questioning the status quo. My arts and design background means I interpret situations differently and see creative pathways and solutions to problems thrown my way. I love working collaboratively and connecting amazing people is my happy place. Current roles include Chair of The Footpath Library, Executive Director of Grahame Mapp Foundation and Board Member of the entity that owns the lease at the Entertainment Quarter. My next big project is hopefully opening Sydney's first fully fledged nature kindly.
